Pizza dough

I make this at least once a week.

6 ½ Cups flour
2 Cups warm water.
1/3 Cups olive oil.
1 Tbsp: active dry yeast.
2 Tbsp: sugar.
1 Tbsp: salt
1 Tbsp: oregano.
1 Tbsp: granulated garlic or ranch spice.

1. Put all the above in mixing bowl, add flour last. Using a dough hook, mix until smooth and not sticky.
2. Using the same bowl, grease with olive oil. Put dough in bowl and let rise, about 30 To 60 minutes, or double in size.
3. Pre heat oven to 350, Grease 3 large pizza pans.
4. Divide dough in three. Roll out to the size of pizza pan.
5. Bake for 8 minutes, one at a time.
Waite until all pizza pans is done. Place the first one you made in the oven first.
6. Place on cooling rack, flipping if still in pan.
7. You do not have to make your pizzas rite away; this is why I do it this way.
8. Before you put your toppings on, sprinkle corn meal under the pizza dough. I always brush olive oil on the dough, before I put the toppings on. Its up to you, if you like that.
9. after you put all your toppings on, cook for 18 to 20 minutes at: 375

If you want to cut this recipe, 1 Tbsp = 3 Tsp and you would use ¼ cup olive oil.
I see so many recipes that ask for 3 tsp, it drives me nuts!
